Over the years, Tower Construction Management has represented owners in resolving over tens of millions of dollars worth of insurance claims. These claims range from minor to extensive hurricane damage, major building damage repairs, as well as potential latent defect claims after projects are completed.

 

TCM works intimately with adjusters to ensure the owners' best interest are maintained, ensuring business interruption these events may cause are minimized to the greatest extent possible.
