PRINCIPAL & QUALIFIER
Jake Torres is the Principal and Qualifier of Tower Construction Management (“TCM”). For nearly 20 years, as an industry leader, he has personally led the execution and completion of numerous complex large-scale projects, including ones which today stand prominently within some of the most iconic skylines. He founded TCM in 2011.
Jake is intimately involved in all his projects. He takes pride in establishing a superior standard of quality and precision within the project team. He also seeks creative ways in working with stakeholders to not only deliver projects on time and under budget, but also to promptly and efficiently solve any complex issues which may arise throughout the process.
While conducting his business, Jake never loses sight of his core values: integrity and excellence. He seeks to surround himself with team members who share a similar dedication to such principles, and he believes that doing so will allow Tower to produce many more successful development outcomes.
